4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please include photos of the damaged item, packaging, and your order number.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

7. International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Refunds will only cover the cost of the product, not shipping or customs fees.
